Told me to come back to them after service, then had to pay roadside because it was further away (didn't understand that I didn't have an option). Won't even help pay the money to roadside. Then told me they did nothing wrong, but KNEW (yes KNEW!) about the software issue in other models like mine, but when they had my car in for whatever recalls were available, and my inspection failed to check. Not the first time they have been a 0/5 star service for my family. Last time my husband waited 3 days for an oil change.

I was able to schedule my appointment a few weeks ahead on a day I knew I would be available. The Uber service to and from the shop is a substantial upgrade from the prior shuttle service at the former location with inconsistent timing.
