I made an appointment well in advance with a description of the problem. They did not look at my vehicle all day and had to have it then next as well. When I returned to have the repair done again with an appointment, they kept my car for 3 days because a part came unpainted and needed to go the body shop for paint. This was not the expedite I singed up for. Thought shop could have been more prepared, could have seen the car earlier on the day I dropped it of first thing, could have been more communicative.
